Please remember that when buying goods and services on the Internet, you are entering a legally binding contract. We recommend that you print and keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site (see date below).
UK SALES ONLY
We only ship to postal areas supported by Royal Mail First Class Parcel Post. Unfortunately this means that we cannot ship to the Channel Islands at present. If you are outside this zone please contact us by email to

and we will try to work out shipping costs.
ORDER PROCESS
If you are a first time customer it will be necessary to register and provide address and contact details. These are necessary to enable us to deliver your goods. It is also important to provide a valid telephone number in case we have to contact you.
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click the Continue button having selected your preferred payment method (Payment Gateway).
At that stage you will select to pay by cheque or transfer to the Nochex site which uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption (look for the golden padlock at the bottom of the window and HTTPS on your bowser) to safely process your credit card details. Only after you have clicked Make Payment on the Nochex site will your credit card be debited. Please note that at no time does the www.rocksnsilver.co.uk website have access to or hold your credit card details.
After you authorize the transaction Nochex will send confirmation to your registered email address and provide a Shopping Cart reference number for your transaction.
VERIFIED BY VISA AND MASTERCARD SECURE CODE Nochex like many secure payment gateways require that credit card transactions use the payment industry’s internet authentication standard developed by the major card schemes - ‘Verified by Visa’ and ‘MasterCard SecureCode’.
If your card provider has subscribed to these schemes you will either be registered in which case you will be asked to verify your transaction using your additional online PIN or you will be transferred to your credit card site in order to set up the internet authentication scheme used by your provider. Once processed you can view your order details via "Your Account" on the website.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
rocksnsilver has the right to refuse to process any orders if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity or use of stolen credit cards or for any other reason.
HOME DELIVERY ONLY
rocksnsilver will only deliver to the credit cardholder's registered address.
When your order is processed by us you will receive an email from rocksnsilver.co.uk informing you of the delivery schedule.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices and charges on this site are in GBP (Great Britain Pounds).
Total Cost
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order plus any applicable postage and packaging charges. All these will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket stage two before you commit to your order.
DELIVERY
We cannot guarantee delivery times but aim to dispatch your goods within 2 working days of receipt of your order.
We use Royal Mail 1st Class package (signed for) to deliver within the UK for all goods with a combined shopping cart value up to £40.00. The charges are on a sliding scale and are calculated based on the combined value of the goods in the shopping cart. For orders with a combined shopping cart value over £40.00 we use Royal Mail Special Delivery at no extra cost.
IMAGES & COLOURS
We try to ensue that pictures of the items accurately reflect the goods on offer. Please note however that colours depicted may vary on different web browsers and screens. Note also that the size of the goods may be different from that of the image on your screen and in some cases enlarged in order to give a good image for reviewing. You should always check the product description where key sizes will be stated.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods we are happy to allow you to return goods up to 7 days after receipt by undertaking the following procedure:
1 First contact us by Emailing to
within seven days stating that having received the goods that you wish to return them unused. Rocksnsilver will contact you to confirm cancellation and will provide a return address.
2 To qualify, your Goods including any enclosed Gift Box must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition and with the original label still attached to the product. Goods with the original label removed will be considered used and not returnable under this policy. Please note that this cancellation policy does not apply to earrings because of hygiene regulations.
3 The product must be returned to the UK address that rocksnsilver.co.uk provide complete with the original Gift Box and sufficient packing to protect the goods. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. It is in your interest to send the goods by signed for delivery and to arrange insurance as rocksnsilver.co.uk will not accept responsibility for goods that are not received, lost or damaged during the returns process.
4 Once rocksnsilver.co.uk receive the goods you will be refunded the cost of the goods. We do not return the charges for packaging and postage on deliveries and returns.
FAULTY GOODS
If goods are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately by Emailing to
We will contact you to confirm that the goods are faulty, will provide a return address and agree returns service to be used.
Please note that our goods are capable of withstanding reasonable wear as jewellery items and will give many years of enjoyment. Although the links are not soldered because of the materials used we consider that the forces necessary to pull apart links and rings to be considerable and not associated with normal wear. We are therefore not able to accept goods with damaged links or broken stringing wire for repair free of charge.
If any goods break during the first 30 days contact us about the problem by email to. If we consider the problem to be due to defective materials or workmanship we will arrange to repair the goods. Note that we cannot replace or repair items damaged through inappropriate wear, inappropriate cleaning or storage.
PRIVACY POLICY
Rocksnsilver.co.uk the gemstone jewellery website owned and operated by First Athlete Limited uses the information provided by you to enable us to process your order and to provide the best possible service. We will not disclose your details to third parties other than required by our credit card processing affiliate (Nochex) or to companies delivering goods to your address.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
The credit card processing gateway used by rocksnsilver, Nochex, uses state of the art security and encryption methods to protect your credit card details. Your credit card details are not stored or accessible on this site.
